Who can use Crosscheck
You must be at least 18 to create an account and have authority to act for any team you manage. Keep your account and sign-in codes secure, provide accurate contact information, and tell us if someone uses your account without permission.
Youth teams must be managed by adults. Managers are responsible for permission to provide youth player information and for using appropriate parent or guardian contact details.
Running your team
Crosscheck helps find league information, organize rosters and schedules, request RSVPs, and send team messages. You keep ownership of the content you provide and allow us to store, process, and share it as needed to run the service for your team.
Managers are responsible for having permission to upload or import player information and consent to contact their players, including any initial text invitation. Publicly available contact information is not permission to text someone. Use Crosscheck's opt-in flows, respect STOP and unsubscribe requests, and do not treat a sign-in code request as consent to team alerts.
You are responsible for reviewing schedules, rosters, recipients, and AI-generated results. Confirm important game details with your league. Crosscheck is not an emergency communication service and cannot guarantee that a reminder or reply will arrive.
Acceptable use
Do not use Crosscheck for spam, unlawful messaging, harassment, impersonation, or content you have no right to share. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access other teams' private information. Do not use imports to evade a website's access restrictions or collect information unlawfully.
Alpha service
Crosscheck is an alpha product. Features can change or be removed, data may be lost, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. Keep a copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
Limits on liability
To the extent permitted by law, Landersweb LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or lost profits, lost data, missed games, or undelivered messages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to US$100. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending use
You can stop using Crosscheck at any time and request account deletion at support@crosschecksports.com. We may suspend or end access for misuse, security risks, violation of these terms, or if we discontinue the service. Information handling after termination is described in our Privacy policy.

We may change these terms and will publish an updated effective date. We will make material changes clear in the service or through an appropriate contact method. Continued use after new terms take effect means you accept them; stop using the service if you do not agree.
Governing law and contact
